Job Description

As a Finance Controller you will partner with the business unit in the country (Business Head, Sales & Functional leads) to ensure P&L transparency & accuracy and to drive the business towards targets & operational KPIs achievement. As successful candidate you will be able to demonstrate ability to link business decisions to financial impacts

  • : You are a controller that ensures accurate, efficient and timely delivery of relevant reports, while ensuring hygiene of accounting, book-keeping, various systems and processes.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • You should be able to understand business issues outside of one’s area of expertise
  • A qualified chartered accountant with PQE of 10-12 years of experience and strong 6-8 years in controllership/ plant controlling/ regional controlling function.
  • Bilingual : Should be well conversant in Arabic and English

 

 

Should have complete understanding about KSA. Ex KSA experience can be considered. They will be having office in SALIC building in Qurtubah area, Riyadh which is under construction. We have to tell them about OGA and that SALIC are major stake holders in KSA. OGA is in the process of having a legal entity established soon, though they have been doing business for many years in KSA.

· Should have previous experience in managing Mergers & Acquisition (M&A)
