Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and professional support while documenting interactions accurately
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure follow-ups are completed within agreed timeframes
- Process orders, maintain customer records, and manage administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
- Prepare daily reports, business updates, and documentation while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and interdepartmental communication to keep teams aligned
- Identify process improvements and proactively suggest solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to convey information clearly to customers and colleagues
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software tools quickly
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Nice to have: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or basic data entry
- Nice to have: Familiarity with customer service best practices or exposure to business operations through internships
