About the Role

Join our team as a Customer Service & Business Coordinator and be the backbone of our daily operations. In this role, you'll handle customer interactions across multiple channels, coordinate between departments, and support business processes—all while developing real-world experience in a professional, onsite environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and professional support while documenting interactions accurately
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and ensure follow-ups are completed within agreed timeframes
  • Process orders, maintain customer records, and manage administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly
  • Prepare daily reports, business updates, and documentation while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and interdepartmental communication to keep teams aligned
  • Identify process improvements and proactively suggest solutions to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency

Requirements

  • Fresh graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to convey information clearly to customers and colleagues
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort learning new software tools quickly
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Nice to have: Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or basic data entry
  • Nice to have: Familiarity with customer service best practices or exposure to business operations through internships
