Participate in the On-Call 24/7 support for infrastructure needs 

               b. Assist in the support ticket resolution and customer projects that involve infrastructure 

               1. Infrastructure projects:

                              2. Server management Windows, Linux (Optional): a. Install and maintain servers. 

               b. Update and patch maintenance 

               c. Resources and availability monitoring. 

               d. Troubleshooting 

               e. Inventory and Documentation 

                3. Backups and replications: a. Maintenance of Virtual machines backup systems 

               b. Jobs and backup integrity check monitoring 

               c. NAS backups maintenance 

               d. External backups rotations 

               e. Maintenance of virtual machine replication between PROD and DR sites 

                              4. Hardware maintenance(Optional): a. Servers 

               b. Storages 

               c. SAN 

               5. Application Management and maintenance (update and patching): a. Antivirus 

               b. 2FA 

               c. AD Administration 

               d. Monitoring tools 

               e. Java 

               f. MySQL 

               g. Documentation 

               h. M365 – (Optional)
