Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team. The Junior HR Executive will primarily be responsible for managing attendance, leave, and payroll processes efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Attendance Management:
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance using the designated system.
- Monitor and track attendance patterns and trends.
- Address any discrepancies or issues related to attendance records promptly.
- Generate attendance reports as required by management.
Leave Management:
- Process employee leave requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Keep track of available leave balances for all employees.
- Coordinate with managers and employees to ensure adequate coverage during periods of leave.
- Provide assistance and guidance to employees regarding leave policies and entitlements.
Payroll Management:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll on a timely basis.
- Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- Collaborate with finance department to ensure timely payment of salaries and other related benefits.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Stay updated on changes in legislation or regulations affecting attendance, leave, and payroll management.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
Record-Keeping:
- Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records related to attendance, leave, and payroll.
- Safeguard employee information and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Administration Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing employee experience.
