Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to join our team. The Junior HR Executive will primarily be responsible for managing attendance, leave, and payroll processes efficiently. This role requires a keen eye for accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Attendance Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of employee attendance using the designated system.
  • Monitor and track attendance patterns and trends.
  • Address any discrepancies or issues related to attendance records promptly.
  • Generate attendance reports as required by management.

Leave Management:

  • Process employee leave requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Keep track of available leave balances for all employees.
  • Coordinate with managers and employees to ensure adequate coverage during periods of leave.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to employees regarding leave policies and entitlements.

Payroll Management:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll on a timely basis.
  • Verify and reconcile payroll data to ensure accuracy.
  • Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.
  • Collaborate with finance department to ensure timely payment of salaries and other related benefits.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation or regulations affecting attendance, leave, and payroll management.
  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain compliance.

Record-Keeping:

  • Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records related to attendance, leave, and payroll.
  • Safeguard employee information and ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Administration Support:

  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department as needed.
  • Assist in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and enhancing employee experience.
