About the Role
Symufolk is an IT services company serving global clients. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Key Account Executive to join our team in Hamburg, Germany. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in German (C1 level), the ability to build strong client relationships, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer support. Applicants must currently reside in Hamburg, Germany. Fresh graduates with strong proficiency in German are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned key accounts.
- • Communicate with German-speaking clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
- • Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
- • Track client feedback and identify opportunities for account growth.
- • Support the sales and business development teams with client communication.
Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, Languages, or a related field.
- • German language proficiency at C1 level (Required).
- • Good command of English (written and spoken).
- • 0–2 years of experience in customer service, account management, sales support, or a similar role.
