Job Description
• Review, analyse and improve the current payroll processes to ensure compliance Perform statutory reports to the authorities
• Validate payroll interface and change report to ensure that the correct information is being passed for the payroll processing.
• Full knowledge of industry practices and complete understanding payroll principles, taxes, concepts, and practices including compliances
• Manage payroll authorization and timely payment of payroll to employees
•Understanding of segregation of duties and internal/external audit requirements
• Provide required support to accounting team for payroll accounting & reconciliations.
• Manage year end statutory filings and closure activities.
• Participate in payroll related projects.
• Support team training and knowledge enhancement sessions as required
