Project Manager – Interiors

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our interior fit-out and fixture projects from conception to completion. You'll own the entire project lifecycle—managing timelines, budgets, and quality while coordinating across clients, production teams, factories, and site crews. This is a hands-on role where your leadership directly impacts project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project delivery for permanent fixtures, fit-outs, and signages, from proposal through final handover, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion
• Coordinate seamlessly with clients, internal departments, production teams, factory partners, and site crews to align project objectives and resolve blockers
• Develop detailed project schedules, track progress against milestones, and proactively manage timeline risks to meet delivery deadlines
• Own project budgets, monitor costs in real-time, identify cost-saving opportunities, and report financial performance to leadership
• Supervise on-site activities including manpower allocation, quality control, and HSE compliance, conducting regular site inspections and safety audits
• Lead and mentor site supervisors and project teams across multiple concurrent projects, providing clear direction and support
• Prepare comprehensive project status reports and management documentation for stakeholders and internal review

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• 5–8 years of hands-on project management experience, with proven track record in interior fit-outs, fixtures, signage, or similar construction-related projects
• Strong communication and coordination skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders (clients, vendors, teams) simultaneously
• Proven leadership capability with experience supervising and guiding teams across multiple sites
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Nice to have: UAE Driving License
• Nice to have: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
