Job Description

Minimum 10 years of experience and minimum 2 year of experience in Managerial or Assistant Managerial position

  1. To ensure the quality of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products are compliant with the approved specifications and GMP/GLP

 

  1. Maintains a controlled documentation system in the quality control department.

 

  1. Monitors compliance with the requirements of approved procedures.

 

  1. Selects, trains, supports laboratory personnel in the performance of the testing procedures required to meet regulatory and scientific standards for pharmaceutical products.

 

  1. Ensures that the Monitoring of the calibration program of equipment is done.

 

  1. Implement and follow procedures related to quality management system for Quality control Department.

 

  1. Report on Product Quality Review. 

 

  1. Report on Product Process Validation and results.

 

  1. Coordinate for New Product Introduction. 

 

  1. Lead, manage, inspire, and motivate the quality control team. Continuous upgradation of knowledge with respect to current cGMP and regulatory guidelines.

 

Competencies: 

 

  1. Industry Knowledge - Relevant experience in the regulated pharmaceutical industry, specifically Quality Control.

 

  1. Leadership. 

 

  1. Health authority inspections and third-party audits. 

 

  1. Understanding of manufacturing processes and / or quality systems element.
