Job Description
Minimum 10 years of experience and minimum 2 year of experience in Managerial or Assistant Managerial position
- To ensure the quality of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products are compliant with the approved specifications and GMP/GLP
- Maintains a controlled documentation system in the quality control department.
- Monitors compliance with the requirements of approved procedures.
- Selects, trains, supports laboratory personnel in the performance of the testing procedures required to meet regulatory and scientific standards for pharmaceutical products.
- Ensures that the Monitoring of the calibration program of equipment is done.
- Implement and follow procedures related to quality management system for Quality control Department.
- Report on Product Quality Review.
- Report on Product Process Validation and results.
- Coordinate for New Product Introduction.
- Lead, manage, inspire, and motivate the quality control team. Continuous upgradation of knowledge with respect to current cGMP and regulatory guidelines.

- Industry Knowledge - Relevant experience in the regulated pharmaceutical industry, specifically Quality Control.
