About the Role
We're seeking experienced Real Estate Brokers to join our dynamic brokerage team in the UAE. You'll represent clients in both off-plan and secondary market transactions, leveraging your market knowledge to close deals and build lasting client relationships. This is a hands-on role where your negotiation skills and local market expertise directly drive revenue and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify potential buyers and sellers across off-plan developments and secondary market properties
- Conduct property viewings, market analysis, and comparative assessments to advise clients on pricing and investment potential
- Negotiate terms and conditions between parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements
- Prepare and review sales contracts, documentation, and closing paperwork in compliance with UAE real estate regulations
- Build and maintain a strong client network through follow-ups, referrals, and relationship management
- Stay current on market trends, new developments, and regulatory changes affecting the UAE real estate sector
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience as a Real Estate Broker in the UAE, with demonstrated success in both off-plan and secondary market sales
- Valid UAE Real Estate Broker License or ability to obtain one
- Strong knowledge of Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and other major UAE emirates' property markets
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Track record of closing deals and achieving sales targets
- Nice to have: Experience with CRM systems, digital marketing, or investor relations in real estate
