Job Description

1. Responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, driving brand growth, and spearheading innovative new product development initiatives.2. Overseeing the whole business operation in daily basis.

  1. Strategic Planning
    Assess market needs in the Local Market and work with the upstream team to create a bag of products that serves the needs of customers and patients in the region.
    Decide the most appropriate go-to-market model (GTM) that optimises sales, margins, profitability, and cash flows. Design and implement an annual strategic planning and budgeting process for the company. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and new product development strategies aligned with Group companies’ overall objectives and brand vision. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, target markets, and emerging trends.
    2. Brand Management
    Drive brand positioning and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and touchpoints. Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring adherence in all marketing communications.
    3. Marketing Execution
    Oversee the development and implementation of marketing plans for all target markets, ensuring consistency and localisation as necessary.
    Direct marketing activities across various channels, including digital marketing, advertising, PR, events, and trade shows.
    Monitor marketing performance, analyse key metrics, and provide actionable insights to optimise campaigns and drive results.
    4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
    Collaborate closely with other Group companies to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
    Work collaboratively with sales, operations, and finance teams to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
    Foster strong relationships with external agencies, vendors, and strategic partners to support marketing initiatives.
    5. Industry and Market Analysis
    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics. Identify emerging opportunities and potential risks, adapting the company's strategies accordingly.
    6. Operations Management:
    Engage in strategic thinking and planning to position entity operations for success, including monitoring and analysing factors and trends in the industry that may impact the entity.
    Identify and implement needed adaptations in operations strategy.
    Ensures that processes and procedures are optimized to deliver maximum efficiency, quality and customer service.
    Managing the operational budget.
    7. Risk management
    Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions to achieve operational targets.
    Managing risks that could impact the Group’s operations, reputation, or financial performance.
    Develop and implement risk management strategies, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
    8. Relationship Management
    Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and regulatory authorities.
    Foster a professional and long-term relationship with clients.
    9. Compliance Management
    Ensuring that everyone operates complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    10. Performs any other related duties as assigned by Chairman.
