Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Incharge to oversee construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Associate Engineering or a related field, coupled with substantial experience in construction project management.

The Project Incharge will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing budgets, schedules, and resources, ensuring quality standards are met, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.
  2. Develop project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resource allocation.
  3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project objectives are met.
  4. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  5. Manage project budgets, expenses, and financial forecasts, ensuring projects are completed within budgetary constraints.
  6. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  7. Conduct regular site visits and inspections to oversee work progress and quality control.
  8. Prepare and present progress reports, project updates, and forecasts to stakeholders.
  9. Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  10. Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  11. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, leading project teams effectively.
  12. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to improve project efficiency and outcomes.
