Job Description

•Language Proficiency – English, Italian. Italian should be as fluent as English and is mandatory

  1. Creating smooth and efficient operations for team motivation.

 

  1. Handling escalations of the customers as and when required on the floor.

 

  1. Implement and maintain operational guidelines as set by the organization for the team. 

 

  1. Oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities. 

 

  1. Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and promotion and termination activities. 

 

  1. Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for the Customer Service Executives.

 

  1. Maintain a clean, safe and organized environment at the center.

 

  1. Coordinate with Operations Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities. 

 

  1. Implement operational improvement process based on the analysis of reports. 

 

  1. Coordination with Embassy as and when required. 

 

  1. Build rapport with Embassy officials to support seamless operations at BLS.

 

  1. Specific projects to be undertaken as assigned by Management.

 

  1. Periodic visits to the centers under their jurisdiction once in a quarter and reports to be send to Operations Manager.

 

  1. Ensure team achieves their targets for Voice of Applicants collection, complaint logs, Application counts, Value Added Services and customer satisfaction

 

  1. Ensure all incidents are documented.

 

  1. Ensure all staffs are trained and updated with product and process

 

  1. Ensure all counters are manned at all times

 

  1. Monitor all direct and indirect repartees’ for their efficiency and productivity.
