Job Description
•Language Proficiency – English, Italian. Italian should be as fluent as English and is mandatory
- Creating smooth and efficient operations for team motivation.
- Handling escalations of the customers as and when required on the floor.
- Implement and maintain operational guidelines as set by the organization for the team.
- Oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities.
- Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training, performance evaluation, and promotion and termination activities.
- Determine staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for the Customer Service Executives.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized environment at the center.
- Coordinate with Operations Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities.
- Implement operational improvement process based on the analysis of reports.
- Coordination with Embassy as and when required.
- Build rapport with Embassy officials to support seamless operations at BLS.
- Specific projects to be undertaken as assigned by Management.
- Periodic visits to the centers under their jurisdiction once in a quarter and reports to be send to Operations Manager.
- Ensure team achieves their targets for Voice of Applicants collection, complaint logs, Application counts, Value Added Services and customer satisfaction
- Ensure all incidents are documented.
- Ensure all staffs are trained and updated with product and process
- Ensure all counters are manned at all times
- Monitor all direct and indirect repartees’ for their efficiency and productivity.
